30-day money-back guarantee. If The House Robe is not for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full.

How to return

Message us through the contact page with your order number. We reply with return instructions. Please do not post anything back before you hear from us.

Condition

The robe should come back unworn beyond trying it on, unwashed, and with the cable, heat controller and size adjuster it shipped with.

Faulty or damaged

If the robe arrives damaged, or the heating stops working within 30 days, send us a photo or short video. We replace it or refund you, your choice, and you do not pay to send it back.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Exchanges

Need another size or house? Tell us when you start the return and we will send the new one out as soon as the first is on its way back.
