Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is free on every order, worldwide, and every order is tracked.

How long it takes

Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery in the United States takes 6 to 10 business days. Everywhere else takes 8 to 12 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your robe leaves us.

Express shipping

US orders can choose Express Shipping at checkout for $4.99. Express orders go to the front of the packing queue and ship with the faster service.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. If your country charges import duty or tax, that is paid by you on delivery.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your parcel shows delivered and you do not have it, message us through the contact page with your order number and we will sort it out with the carrier. Orders with Shipping Protection get a replacement sent straight away.

Wrong address

Check your address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, tell us within 12 hours and we will fix it before the order ships.
