A long inner stick pocket, two outer pockets, a tie belt and a hook-and-eye collar come as standard.

Questions, answered

Which size do I pick?

S/M fits US 2 to 10, L/XL fits US 12 to 18, and 2XL/3XL fits US 20 to 26. Back length is 135 cm on a medium. It is cut loose, so if you are between sizes go down. A size adjuster is in the box.

How does it heat?

Three thin graphene pads sit inside the upper back and both sides of the chest. One button on the inline controller cycles through 38, 42 and 45 °C. It warms up in about a minute and switches off after two hours.

What battery does it need?

Any USB power bank that puts out 5V/2A. Plug in the USB-C cable from the box and drop the bank in a pocket. A power bank is not included.

Can I wash it?

Yes. Unplug the controller, slide the three pads out, then machine wash cold on gentle and hang it to dry. Put the pads back once it is fully dry.

How long does shipping take?

6 to 10 business days in the US and 8 to 12 business days everywhere else, tracked and free. We ship worldwide. Express shipping is offered at checkout for US orders.

Can I send it back?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. Message us through the contact page to start.
